Summer Training Options 
These Summer Training Options are NOT Mandatory but available to those who are interested!

Football Camps:
Montgomery Youth Tackle Football Skills & Drills with Coach Carty
Dates: Sunday’s = June 23rd, July 7th, July 21st, July 28th
Open to Ages 7-14 (Up to 8th Grade)
Ages 7-10 Ages 11-14
5:00pm - 6:00pm  6:15pm - 7:30pm

Hillsborough High School Youth Football Camp
Dates: June 24-27th;  Open to Grades 3-8
Register - Hillsborough HS Youth Football Camp

Montgomery High School Youth Football Camp 
Dates: July 22-26th;  Open to Grades 6-9 (Fall 2024)
Register - MHS Youth Football Camp

Strength and Speed Training:
Coach Jim Griffin Athlete Training - 3 Options
Dates: June 26th - August 9th;  Open to Ages 12-17
Register - COMPLETE ATHLETE TRAINING
A 19 session, 3 workouts per week program designed to develop the total athlete. Includes speed and agility training as well as Power Block training. Proper lifting techniques and training habits are covered. Students will develop athleticism along with their sport specific skills.

Register - SPEED & AGILITY
This is a two-part program geared to make you a better athlete. You will improve running form, foot work, stride length, and efficiency. Not a conditioning program; the goal is explosive power.

Register - POWER BLOCK TRAINING
A total body training model by Strength Coach Jim Griffin. Development in strength, stability, muscular endurance, flexibility, and coordination. Instruction includes proper lifting techniques and training fundamentals.
