Joining the New Jersey Suburban Youth Football League – We’re proud to announce that Montgomery Youth Tackle Football will be joining the NJSYFL . This move provides our athletes with a well-organized, competitive, and safety-focused league, while allowing us to continue emphasizing player development, sportsmanship, and community.

Introducing Montgomery Youth Cheer! – We’re thrilled to officially welcome Cheer to our Montgomery Youth program! Cheerleading offers athletes of all ages a chance to develop teamwork, leadership, spirit, and confidence — while promoting school pride and community connection. Cheer participants will learn foundational cheer and dance skills, perform at games and events, and play an important role in building the energy and excitement of our game day experience. Our goal is to create an inclusive program where every athlete can contribute, grow, and have fun representing Montgomery. K–2 Flag Football and Cheer – Our youngest athletes can now start their journey early with a fun, developmental flag football and cheer experience.

Spring 7-on-7 Football – This spring, we will offer 14u and 12u teams to compete in the NJSYFL Spring 7-on-7 League. The League will run for six weeks plus playoffs, beginning Saturday, April 11th. Games will take place on Saturday evenings at various locations throughout Central and Northern New Jersey. This is a great way to keep our players active, engaged, and developing their skills in the offseason. Spring Skills & Drills at Cougar Stadium – Sunday morning Skills & Drills are back! For 6 Sundays in the spring we will hold workouts to Introduce and Develop the Fundamental Skills of Football through individual and competitive drills at Cougar Stadium.
